Matzo Ball Soup with Chicken

Chicken Breasts Chicken Base Carrots & Celery Onion & Garlic Dill & Parsley Matzo Ball Mix Vegetable Oil Eggs

STEP 1

Make your broth by pressure cooking chicken, veggies, and herbs in water combined with chicken base. High pressure: 10 mins Release: 5 min Natural > Quick

MEANWHILE

Prepare Matzo Ball mix. Let sit in the fridge at least 15 minutes. TIP: Don't over stir!

STEP 3

Once the broth is ready, you'll take out the chicken, veggies, and herbs (leaving the carrots.) Then set it to Saute. Form your Matzo balls and carefully drop them into the broth. Boil with lid off, 40 mins. Periodically stir to flip the balls.

STEP 4

While the matzo balls cook, shred your chicken. Add chicken to the pot once the balls are done, along with fresh chopped parsley and dill. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
